See every ride you've ever done, on one map.

This is home base: every loaded ride listed with distance, moving time, average and max speed, sortable by date, distance or speed. Each track gets its own color and a one-click visibility toggle, so you can isolate a single ride or compare dozens at once directly on the map.

The map starts out covered in fog and clears hex by hex, following the roads and trails you've actually ridden. The side panel tracks discovered hexes and total area explored, lets you switch hex size for coarser or finer discovery precision, and shows what's new since your last GPX import.

Dozens of unlockable badges reward distance milestones, exploration streaks and riding consistency, grouped into categories like Explorer and Roads. Unlocking one pops up a notification right on the map, and the panel keeps a running tally of how close you are to the next one.

FogRider builds a cycling personality profile from your riding history and plots it on a radar chart across traits like Explorer, Adventure, Climber, Speed and Consistency. Each trait comes with the actual numbers behind it, like new hexes discovered per 100 km or your longest active streak.

A yearly recap card that sums up the season: total distance, elevation gain, number of rides, longest ride, average speed, and how much new terrain you uncovered compared to previous years. One click exports it as a PNG, ready to share.

Distance, average speed and ride time broken down by week, month or year, each chart showing the trend against the previous period so you can see whether you're riding more or less than before. Useful for spotting training blocks, slow months, or a season building toward a goal.

A GitHub-style contribution calendar that shades every day you rode, so your yearly riding pattern is visible at a glance. Alongside it: current and longest streaks, active vs. inactive days, most active weekday and month, and average rides per week.

Colors every track segment by its grade, from flat green through orange to steep red, so the hardest climbs and descents on any route jump out immediately. A quick way to scout an unfamiliar road before you commit to riding it.

Overlay categories like castles, churches, monuments, museums, viewpoints and hiking trails straight from OpenStreetMap, each toggled on or off independently. Handy for planning a route past landmarks, or just noticing what you've been riding past all along.

Log in with your Komoot account directly inside FogRider and browse your recorded activities in a checklist, with dates and distances. Select the ones you want, hit import, and they load straight in - no manual GPX export from Komoot needed.

Switch the base map between styles, including satellite imagery, and every overlay keeps working on top of it - Fog of War, HeatMap, SpeedMap and ElevationMap all render the same way regardless of which map style you prefer to look at.

A collapsible panel below the map with five tabs: surface-type breakdown, global stats across every loaded ride (climbs, descents, stops, grades), Fog of War totals, activity charts, and histograms of riding patterns like start hour, day of week and typical distance.

The hex grid overlay works over any map type, not just the default street map. Discovery tracking, hex counts and area explored stay exactly the same underneath - you just get to look at them however you like.

Runs every ridden segment through OpenStreetMap data and classifies it as asphalt, gravel, dirt road, forest road, singletrack or unknown, with total distance and average speed per surface. A quick "Quick" pass gets you numbers fast, or run "Detailed" for a more thorough per-segment analysis.
